    • 1 Packet Dried red kidney beans
    • 2 Celery ribs Chopped
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp Hot pepper sauce

    Instructions
     

    • First of all, properly rinse the beans and sort them. Follow the packaging directions and soak the beans overnight. Drain the beans and throw away water; once again, rinse the beans with cold water.
    • Combine ham, beans, pepper sauce, sausage, vegetables, salt, garlic, and water (4 cups, enough to cover up) in 6 qt. Electric pressure cooker. Apply the lid and lock it, also lock the pressure valve. Adjust the pressure for 30 minutes on high pressure. After cooking, opt for quick-release pressure. Serve the dish with steamy rice.
