INSTRUCTIONS

1. Keep the oven for preheating to reach 400 degrees F. Take a pie pan of 9-inch, grease it. The pie pan should be ideally deep about 1 1/2 to 2 inches.

2. Combine Bisquick cinnamon, milk, baking mix, sugar, and egg in a large bowl. Blend it well.

3. Stream the mixture in the pie pan, which is greased.

  • Bisquick – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Butter – 2/3 cup
  • Eggs – 2
  • Sour cream – 1 cup

TOPPING AND FILLING

  • Brown sugar – 1 ½ cups
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Raisins (soaked) 1 cup or 1 cup cranberries (soaked)
  • Walnuts – 2 cups (or 2 cups pecans)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 325 degrees.

2. Take a bowl and keep raisins/cranberries in hot water for plumping; keep it aside.

3. Take a 9 x 13 sized pan and grease.

4. Get a medium-sized bowl and combine all cake ingredients in it.

5. Blend it on medium speed until you get fluffy batter.

6. Roll out half of the batter on the pan.

7. Drain the raisins/cranberries and keep them in a bowl.

8. Blend it with remaining topping/filling ingredients.

11. Repeat the same process with leftover topping/filling.

  7. Combine all the ingredients of glaze until it is smooth while baking. If needed, you can pour an extra milk of one teaspoon at a time to thin it. (1 tablespoon of milk, 1/2 teaspoons almond extract, 1 cup powdered sugar)
  8. When you are done with baking coffee cake, stream the glaze over it.

INGREDIENTS

  • Bisquick – 2 cups
  • Milk – 2/3 cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh blueberries – ½ cup (optional)

Crumb Topping

  • Bisquick – ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar – 1/3 cup
  • Sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon – ¼ teaspoons
  • Cold butter – 3 tablespoons

  1. Add your Bisquick to a stand mixer, or large bowl.

INGREDIENTS

  • Original Bisquick™ mix – 2 1/3 cups
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Sugar – 3 tablespoons
  • Butter or margarine, melted – 3 tablespoons
  • Sliced peaches – 1 can (drained or two small peaches, peeled and sliced)
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Ground cinnamon – ½ teaspoons
  • Sour cream – 2/3 cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Sweetened whipped cream – optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375°F. Take a medium-sized bowl, add up milk, Bisquick mix, butter, and three tablespoons sugar and stir together. Take an ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches, and roll out in it. Add up the slices of peach on top.
  2. Blend the cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar; drizzle it on the peaches. Add up the sour cream and egg; stream on the top.
  3. Bake it for at least 35 to 40 minutes, when you put a toothpick in it, it should come out clean. Serve the cake while it is warm, top it with whipped cream!

  • Vanilla – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Egg – 1

  • Milk or water – ½ cup

  1. Prepare the oven by preheating it to 375°F.
  2. Grease the 9-inch round cake pan, get a cooking spray, and spray on the bottom and sides.
  3. Mix 2/3 cup of Bisquick mix, cinnamon and the brown sugar in a small bowl. Use a pastry blender to cut in butter, keep doing until it gets crumbly; keep it aside.

  • Original Bisquick® – 4 cups
  • Fruit pie filling – 1 (21-ounce) can
  • Granulated sugar – ½ cup
  • Margarine or butter, melted – 1/4 cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Powdered sugar – 1 cup
  • Milk – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons
  • Eggs – 3

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Make the oven ready by preheating it to 350° F. Grease the jelly roll pan. Except pie filling, stir all the ingredients, two tablespoons milk and powdered sugar in a large-sized bowl, blend it robustly for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a jelly roll pan and roll out 2/3 of the batter in it. Sprinkle the pie filling on the batter. Pour the leftover batter on the pie filling.

Cherry is the favourite flavour of many when it comes to pie filling, and when it gets paired up with a spectacular Bisquick mix, it creates an ultimate mouth-watering Bisquick coffee cake. Whenever I make this cake, my folks’ faces become excited just by the pleasant smell and aroma!

INGREDIENTS

Coffee Cake

  • Almond extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 3
  • Cherry pie filling – 1 can (21 oz)
  • Butter or margarine, melted – ¼ cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
  • Original Bisquick mix – 4 cups
  • Granulated sugar – ½ cup

Glaze

  • Milk – 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • Powdered sugar – 1 cup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° and make it ready. Take a pan of 1 (15x10x1-inch) pan and grease bottom and sides of it with cooking spray. Take a large bowl, except pie filling, stir all coffee cake ingredients in it; blend it vigorously.
  2. Take a 15×10-inch pan and roll out the two-thirds of the batter or 1/3 of the batter in every square pan. Sprinkle the pie filling on the batter; the batter will not get covered by it completely. Pour the left over batter on the pie filling.
  3. Bake the cake until it turns light brown, for at least 20 to 25 minutes. Stir glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and thin. Sprinkle up the glaze on coffee cake. Serve the cake.
