One pound ground beef

One container whole milk ricotta

One cup grated Parmesan

Two garlic cloves

Two tablespoons chopped Parsley.

Procedure-

 

  • Over medium heat keep a skillet and add one teaspoon olive oil along with onion and ground beef. Mix in salt and pepper. Mix well till the meat becomes brown and the onion becomes light brown. Remove the saucepan from the heat and keep aside.
  • In a baking sheet, add oil to it and brush it properly. 
  • In a large pot of water, add salt and manicotti to it. Cook for 4-6 minutes till it cooks and is still firm.
