    • Add cashews, poppy seeds (and if you use them), and onions. Add the tomatoes as soon as the onions become transparent. Mix well.

    • Clean and wash spinach in water to remove dirt or impurities. Boil it in saltwater for 2 minutes.
    • Drain with a large spoon or perforated strainer.
    • Transfer the dry spinach directly to cold water and wait for one minute.
    • Strain excess water and transfer spinach to a medium jar of a mixer grinder.
    • Add the green pepper and fry until soft. If necessary, add water to the grind.

    • Rice vinegar – 15 ml
    • Green chili sauce – 15ml
    • Tomato ketchup – 30ml

    • Cornstarch slurry
    • Water – 1 cup

    For frying paneer

    • Paneer – 250 grams(chopped into cubes)
    • Cornstarch – 3 tablespoon
    • Corn flour – 3 tablespoon
    • Salt as per taste
    • Black pepper – 1/4 tablespoon
    • Water – 1/2 cup
    • Oil- for frying

    Stir-Fry

    • Sesame oil – 22ml
    • Avocado oil – 15ml
    • Ginger chopped – 1 tablespoon
    • Garlic chopped – 1 tablespoon
    • Stalk celery – 1(chopped)
    • Onion – 1
    • Green pepper – 1(cut in squares)
    • Water – 4 tablespoon
    • For garnishing, use green onions.

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Cut the paneer into cubes. In a large bowl, add paneer, Garlic ginger paste, chili powder, salt.
    • Mix well; be sure to mix all the seasoning well. Leave it to soak for 20 minutes.
    • Heat oil in the pan and add paneer cubes.
    • Roast over medium heat until golden brown. Don’t overcook as it becomes sapphire. Keep aside.
    • On high heat, heat oil and fry 2 garlic cloves and onions.
    • Now add 2 carrots, beans, red capsicum,  green capsicum.
    • Fry vegetables on high heat until cooked.
    • Add 3 more tablespoons of cabbage and stir for a few seconds.
    • Add chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper powder, and salt.
    • Fry them until the sauce mixes well.
    • Add cooked rice 3 cups. You can use freshly cooked rice or the remaining rice here.

    • Heat oil and ghee over medium heat in a pan. Add fennel and cumin seeds and stir for a few seconds.

    Instructions
     

    • Cut the cubes out of paneer gently. Take a large bowl and pour Garlic ginger paste, chili powder, paneer, and salt.
    • Blend the mixture well; make sure the seasoning gets well blended. Keep it aside to soak for 20 minutes.
    • Take the pan and heat some oil it, now add up the paneer cubes.
    • Use a medium heat flame to roast it, roast it until it takes up lovely golden brown shade. You have to make sure not to overcook it as it has a tendency to be burnt quickly, keep it aside after roasting.
    • Heat the oil on high heat flame, take two garlic cloves and onions and fry them.
    • Now pour beans, red capsicum, two carrots along with some green capsicum.
    • Use a high heat flame until vegetables are wholly cooked.
    • Stir it for a few more seconds after adding additional three tablespoons of cabbage.
    • Afterward, stream vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, and some black pepper powder, salt.
    • Keep frying until the sauces get blended well.
    • Now, mix 3 cups of cooked rice. You can even use the remaining rice here or use freshly cooked rice.
