    • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
    • Ginger - thumb-sized
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp Stevia
    • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds toasted

    Instructions
     

    • Blend water, soy sauce, ginger, apple cider vinegar, stevia, sesame seeds and garlic in a small saucepan. Boil it lightly.
    • Take a small bowl and blend sesame oil and xanthan gum in it afterward; mix it into the boiling sauce to the point it thickens well. Take out from the heat.
