    Ingredients

    • One large onion (sliced into rings 1/2 inch thick)
    • Two Large Eggs
    • One fourth teaspoon sea salt
    • Two-third cup pork rinds (~1.8 oz)
    • Half teaspoon paprika
    • Three tablespoons blanched almond flour
    • Half teaspoon garlic powder
    • Three tablespoon coconut flour

    Procedure-

    • Prepare three small bowls with the following.
    • One with coconut flour and sea salt mixed, second with beaten eggs and the last with pork rinds, almond flour, garlic powder and paprika mixed.
    • Apply oil over the air fryer basket.
    • Dip the onion ring into the coconut flour mixture then into the beaten egg and lastly into the pork rind mixture. Scoop some of it on the rings, so it sticks nicely.

    Procedure-

    • Add the coconut oil over medium heat in a large pan and let it heat.

    Ingredients-

    • One medium onion, white or yellow
    • Two large eggs
    • Half cup coconut flour
    • One tablespoon water
    • Half cup parmesan cheese, grated
    • Two ounces pork rinds

    Procedure-

    • Keep the oven to preheat at 425 degrees F.
    • Now cut the onion into slices of half-inch each.
    • Separate the rings and keep them aside.
    • Mix the pork rinds and parmesan cheese  in a food processor till it is crumbly and fine.
    • Whisk the eggs with water and set aside. 
    • Remove pork rinds and parmesan mixture in one bowl and coconut flour in another bowl along with the egg wash in the third one.

    • One large brown onion
    • One egg
    • Olive oil spray
    • One fourth cup almond meal
    • One tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • Half teaspoon onion powder
    • Two tablespoons parmesan cheese finely grated
    • Half teaspoon chilli powder or paprika
    • Half teaspoon garlic powder
    • Half teaspoon Aleppo pepper

    Procedure-

    • Let the oven preheat to 210-degree celsius.
    • Add the baking paper over the two baking sheets.

    • Three medium onions
    • Half cup almond flour

    • Cut down the pointy side of the onion from both the sides and peel the outside layer. Now turn the onion with the cut side down. Start making a cut on it with a half inch distance. Make four cuts on it and then four more cuts. So there should be at least 8-10 cuts on it. 
    • After the cut has been made flip it and fluff it like the flower petals. 
    • Dip the onion in the egg mixture and make sure it is applied everywhere. Now dredge it in the dry flour mixture and scoop some flour on it so that it sticks well on it.
    • Place the onion on an iron skillet and spray some oil on it.
    • Cover the skillet with an aluminum foil and let it bake for 15 minutes. Now remove the foil and bake it again for 15 minutes.

    Instructions
     

    • First, cut the onions into slices of the appropriate thickness and then separate it.
